An Iowa Destination Wedding | Barn at Bunker Hill

Who would’ve thought that the rolling hills of rural Iowa would become the backdrop for Olivia & Palmer’s love story; but it now plays one of the biggest roles in their forever memories!!

Olivia & Palmer are junior high sweethearts after Palmer FINALLY got up the nerve to ask Olivia out thanks to a wager with the pay off of a pack of gun (which Palmer eventually collected from his dad on the wedding day), so, #worthit.

The rest as they say, is history. Palmer and Olivia would eventually move to Iowa where Palmer could continue his family legacy of going to school to become a Chiropractor (that’s if his name didn’t give it away 😉 ). They were engaged by the Centennial Bridge in Downtown Davenport and spent their engagement building their life here in Iowa. It seemed only fitting that this be the place where they tie the knot as well!

It was the most perfect day on the farm at The Barn at Bunker Hill. The day was spent relaxing and catching up with family and old friends, as well as celebrating the beautiful love story that these two share. I loved the laid back feel of Olivia & Palmer’s wedding day, where everyone feels like family. And boy did this crowd know how to light up a dance floor!

We ended the evening with the most magical of sparkler exits that was the cherry on top of an amazing day. <3
