Welcome to our brand new website and our brand new blog! I am so excited to have you here and to share my heart with you.
One year and eleven months ago I became a mother. After going to the hospital in a rush of excitement and nerves, sitting through small bouts of labor for twelve hours only to be rushed in to an emergency C-Section due to my strong willed girl flipping over, I became a mother.
It’s something that cannot be taught, a feeling that cannot be explained, and a title that cannot be beat. Since that day I have had days of sitting at the sink crying into my hands, laughing so hard I had to run to the bathroom, spending hours looking through photos on my phone, giving endless amounts of kisses and hugs, and trying with all my might to be the best mother I could be to my beautiful daughters. Most days you can find me in sweats with my hair a good hot mess, and I would run and hide at the thought of having my photo taken with my kids. But my kids need photos with me. Despite my baby weight that just. won’t. quit. (Yea, ladies. You feel me?) Despite my face that’s broken out. Despite my hair that hasn’t been washed. Despite what I may think of myself, my kids don’t care! They want to remember those moments that I held them close, kissed their cheeks and loved them with all that I have in me. My kids need that. And yours do too!
I am a passionate person to say the least. Becoming a mother gave me a surge of love and dedication to capturing those intimate moments and showing the heart of your relationship through your photos. Mothers are THE BOMB, and that’s what these mini sessions are all about.
Mini Sessions will be held on Saturday April 23 and Sunday April 24th from 5:00-8:00 PM. With a mini session you will receive a twenty minute session, 10 Digital Images, and a Print Release. We are offering two different prices for the mini sessions –
$75 – Digital Only
$175 – Digital Images + 11×14 Fine Art Gallery Wrap Canvas
