Leslie & Taylor had such a rollercoaster getting to their wedding day with having to plan a wedding from afar, and then dealing with all of the COVID regulations which ultimately forced them to change venues just a few short weeks prior to their wedding date! Then the day finally arrives and would you believe it, but the forecast called for a chilly day with quite a bit of rain.
That is enough to get any bride down and dampen your spirits a bit. But not Leslie. She was as happy and bubbly as could be, and embraced whatever came her way! This was her & Taylor’s day and there was nothing that was going to stand in the way of their love story.
They got ready for the day surrounded by their families and all of their closest friends. There was champagne, sunglasses straps, and lipstick application for ten in a space for three. Everyone’s spirits were high and they were ready to celebrate!
Leslie shared a first look with her dad who was already tearing up before he even turned around to see his one and only daughter. It was just the sweetest thing to witness such love that this daddy had for his little girl.
Not too long after Taylor finally got to see his girl as they said their vows, exchanged their rings, and gave a kiss to seal their nuptials! (Followed by one heck of a bubble exit!)
The rain was pretty steady at that point so we found some cover for all of their portraits, and then made our way over to the Holiday Inn to meet up with all of their guests for the reception.
It was such an amazing day and was perfect in every way (including their sparkler exit in the rain where Leslie soaked her little slippers!). I think that often times we can let a lot of little things get to us on our wedding days, but if you embrace everything that comes, those things can become what makes your wedding day even more special and memorable.
We are so happy for Leslie & Taylor and loved being a part of their day. We are so happy that she found her lobster!!! <3
