A Maquoketa Wedding

Dakota & Trevor are that couple that you feel like you have known forever even moments after meeting them. They are both so laid back and you could tell everyone at their wedding adored them and their relationship. 

Dakota’s day started out getting ready at the Decker Hotel in Maquoketa followed by an emotional first look with her Grandpa. But what choked us up the most was seeing Trevor’s emotional reaction when he saw his bride for the first time. They both embraced each other and reminded me why I love first looks sooooo much. 

Their outdoor ceremony was at the Oakland Mills followed by a reception at the Millennium Banquet Hall. They both love donuts so they chose that as their dessert instead of cake! It was a huge hit. The night ended with Dakota’s Grandpa tearing up the dance floor. Thank you again for choosing us to document your special day!
