It feels like all we have seen here in the midwest is rain, rain, rain. Â I’m thinking spring has gotten confused and thinks it might be April. Â Brittany and Austin were planning an outdoor wedding at their friends farm when mother nature reared her ugly head and decided that it would storm pretty much every day leading up to the wedding. Â They finally made the decision to move the wedding to the Blue Grass Community Center because of the impending rain and the soggy field.
It may have seemed disheartening to not get the outdoor wedding of their dreams BUT the rain did hold off long enough for us to get some fantastic portraits outside; and their wedding was still absolutely 100% gorgeous. Â Everywhere you turned there was old vintage pieces from coffee canisters to books, baskets and thread, signs, and lots of adorable pumpkins!! Â There were so many adorable details I couldn’t believe that Brittany did all of this herself!
Although when I walked into Brittany and Austin’s house in the afternoon I could tell that Brittany may have missed her true calling.  All over their house in the neatest of places was all the same vintage and rustic charm that filled their wedding.  It was like walking into a house straight out of a magazine.  I’m thinking of hiring her to come decorate my home.  😉
The day would not have been complete without little Liam. Â This dude is hilarious and so full of love for his Mama and their new family. Â He hung out with the wedding party and was just one of the gang. Â He even walked his Mom down the aisle to give her away to his new step-dad. Â Talk about a tear jerker.
We had the absolute best time being able to tell your love story and capture all the fun through-out your big day. Â Congratulations again Brittany & Austin!
