Cydney & Matthew had quite the unseasonably warm fall wedding at the Watchtower Lodge on Saturday!  But despite the heat this couple had a beautiful and lovely day.

Cydney’s family put together the reception with some rustic table decor and homemade chairs, a delectable desert table, and even their very own buffet  Also not to be forgotten was the Luther Norse flag hanging proudly in the room.

Matt & Cydney met at Luther College a few years back.  Two people that you might not think would cross paths, but fate intervened.  Matt was a cross country buff, but decided to take in a show at Luther one evening.  Seeing Cydney on stage something in him was instantly connected with her.  So much so that he came back and saw the show every night until closing night.  When he finally decided to make his move and talk to Cyd.  From there the story is history and they’ve been building their love story every since.  These two are adorable and there is no question that they were made for each other.

Their wedding day was one for the books, especially with her rocking father/daughter dance, Icing the Groom, and a show choir dance party at the end.  🙂  Thank you Cydney and Matt for allowing me to witness and capture your very special day!
